We collect your name, contact number, email, role (student/parent/employee), student or employee ID, department, driver's license type, and vehicle details including plate number, brand, model, color, and a photo of your vehicle.

2. Purpose of Collection

Your information is used solely to verify membership eligibility, process vehicle registration approval, enable security personnel to validate vehicle and owner identity at campus checkpoints, and maintain accurate institutional records.

3. Data Sharing

Your data will only be accessible to authorized CCTC administrators and security personnel for the purposes stated above. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention & Security

Your information is retained for as long as your membership remains active and is stored using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable institutional and legal retention requirements. Contact the CCTC administrator to exercise these rights.
